Read and Write the Value of Money

Notes :
1. The value of money is read according to the place value of the
    digits.
2. The decimal point is read as "and". It separates the ringgit from
    the sen.

e.g : RM 2 215.50 is read as two thousand two hundred fifteen
      ringgit and fifty sen.
